SiLVA Restaurant in London, designed by Atelier Wren, offers an inviting and intimate atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a fresh and vibrant dining experience. A travertine stone floor flows with the banquette shape seating on the ground floor softening the building’s existing structure. The Cirrus wallpaper adorns the walls, evoking the natural beauty of cloud formations, while a palette of earthy tones creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. Bespoke plaster panels, crafted using molds of ingredients from the menu such as vegetables, fruits, and herbs, add a unique and tactile element.

Atelier Wren’s attention to detail is also seen in the lighting design, with bespoke fixtures crafted in Venice using the traditional Murano glass-blowing technique. These pieces draw inspiration from organic elements, reflecting the restaurant’s nature-focused concept (SiLVA meaning “forest” or “woodland” in Latin). The lighting transitions seamlessly from day to night, offering guests dynamic and immersive dining.

The private dining room, designed to provide a serene setting, features greenhouse-inspired wall paneling and is naturally lit through a skylight, ensuring an intimate and sunlit feel. The bar room showcases Atelier Wren’s skill in preserving and enhancing original features, such as decorated windows, while introducing bolder tones and vibrant patterns. Hand-painted walls, created by a scenic artist following Atelier Wren’s brief of an abstract, blooming vegetation theme, add an artistic and lively touch to the space. This project is a testament to Atelier Wren’s expertise in delivering exceptional design from concept to completion.
